Omaha Public Library invites the public to participate in a community conversation at one of six forums on Omaha’s library of the future. Everyone interested in the Library and how it supports our quality of life in Omaha is welcome to attend. The forums are part of a long-term strategic planning process that will help us understand what Omaha needs from the Library now and many years into the future.

“It is important that the vision for Omaha Public Library is a shared vision, created by Omaha, for Omaha,” said Omaha Public Library Executive Director Gary Wasdin. “These public forums provide everyone in our communities the opportunity to help shape the future of your library system.”
